You must use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

AD Cloudify LLC may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will become effective when posted on AnnaWrite.com unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AnnaWrite provides AI-assisted writing and text-processing tools designed to help users rewrite, refine, improve, or modify written content.

Features may include changes to wording, tone, structure, readability, style, or other characteristics of submitted text.

We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, platform, or third-party service.

AnnaWrite uses automated technologies and third-party artificial intelligence services to process text submitted by users.

AI-generated or AI-modified content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, unintended wording, or information that is incomplete or incorrect.

You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on, publishing, submitting, distributing, or otherwise using it.

AnnaWrite does not guarantee that generated or processed content will achieve any particular result.

You retain ownership of the text and other content that you submit to AnnaWrite, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant AD Cloudify LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your original submitted text solely because you use AnnaWrite.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit and process any content you provide through the Service.

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through AnnaWrite.

Text submitted to the Service may be transmitted to third-party service providers, including artificial intelligence infrastructure providers, when necessary to generate or process your requested output.

Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

You should not submit highly sensitive information, confidential business information, passwords, financial account information, medical records, government identification numbers, or other information that you would not want processed by an online service.

You agree to use AnnaWrite responsibly and lawfully.

You may not use the Service to:

• Create, distribute, or assist with unlawful content or activities.
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, deception, scams, or other misleading activities.
• Violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially provide access to AnnaWrite as a standalone service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or intentionally place excessive demand on our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

AnnaWrite is a writing assistance tool.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AnnaWrite complies with any rules that apply to you, including academic integrity policies, employer policies, professional standards, publishing requirements, and disclosure requirements.

You should not submit AI-assisted or rewritten material as entirely unaided work when doing so would violate the rules of your school, university, employer, instructor, publication, or other organization.

AD Cloudify LLC is not responsible for academic discipline, employment consequences, failed assignments, rejected submissions, or similar consequences resulting from a user's failure to comply with applicable policies.

AnnaWrite may modify text in ways intended to make writing sound more natural or human.

However, we do not guarantee that content processed through AnnaWrite will receive any particular score or classification from AI-detection software, plagiarism detection software, originality tools, search engines, educational platforms, or other third-party systems.

Third-party detection systems may change their algorithms at any time and may produce inconsistent or inaccurate results.

Any references on AnnaWrite.com to AI detectors, originality tools, or similar third-party services are for informational or comparative purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or create unreasonable risks for AnnaWrite or other users.

Some features of AnnaWrite may be available through free or paid plans.

Plans may include limits based on words, characters, requests, processing volume, features, time periods, or other usage measurements.

Usage limits may reset according to the billing period or plan description presented when you purchase the Service.

Unless specifically permitted by your plan, unused usage allowances do not automatically roll over into future billing periods.

We may impose reasonable technical limits to protect system stability, prevent abuse, and maintain access for other users.

Automated or unusually high-volume usage may be restricted even if a user has remaining plan capacity when such activity negatively affects the Service or appears inconsistent with normal individual use.

Purchases and subscriptions for AnnaWrite are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for our products and services.

When you make a purchase, your transaction is processed through Paddle. Paddle is responsible for order processing, payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, and other responsibilities associated with acting as Merchant of Record.

By purchasing AnnaWrite through Paddle, you may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and policies.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.

Subscription charges may automatically renew at the beginning of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Prices, plan features, and usage allowances may change in the future. Changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds and returns are processed in connection with Paddle and are also subject to AnnaWrite's Refund Policy, applicable Paddle policies, and any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

AD Cloudify LLC does not directly collect or store your complete payment card information.

The AnnaWrite website, branding, software, interface, design, logos, graphics, underlying technology, and other materials provided by AD Cloudify LLC are owned by or licensed to AD Cloudify LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of AnnaWrite or its underlying technology.

You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, modify, or create competing derivative services based substantially on protected portions of AnnaWrite except where expressly permitted by us or by applicable law.

AnnaWrite may rely upon, integrate with, or link to third-party technologies and services.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, security, accuracy, performance, or actions of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

AnnaWrite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

AD Cloudify LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, reliability, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always operate without interruption.
• Generated text will be completely accurate or error-free.
• Output will meet your particular requirements.
• Content will avoid detection by AI-detection or originality tools.
• Use of the Service will produce any academic, commercial, professional, SEO, or financial result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AD Cloudify LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use AnnaWrite.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunities, academic standing, business reputation, or other intangible losses.

Your use of AnnaWrite and any content generated through the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AD Cloudify LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of AnnaWrite.
• Content you submit or distribute.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to AnnaWrite if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created security risks, or used the Service in a manner harmful to AnnaWrite or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections of these Terms that logically should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification provisions, will remain in effect.

AnnaWrite is a developing service and may change over time.

We may modify features, models, pricing, usage allowances, integrations, designs, functionality, or technical requirements.

We may also discontinue features or the Service itself when reasonably necessary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, subscription terms, or other policies incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and AD Cloudify LLC regarding your use of AnnaWrite.
